In 2024, ARA AGRÍCOLA intensified investments in plastic vineyard covers to minimize the impact of rainfall and ensure both the availability and quality of our grapes. Currently, over 50 hectares of our production area is already covered, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and excellence.
The use of plastic covers, made from materials like raffia plastic (polyethylene mesh), offers several advantages:

In addition to shielding the vines from weather damage, the covers also modify the microclimate, creating optimal conditions for fruit development. Through these measures, we continue to strengthen sustainable production and deliver premium-quality grapes to our partners and customers.
