About Us
Our story:
A Journey of Growth and Excellence
Since its founding in 2003, ARA AGRÍCOLA has been a transformative force in the agricultural sector, dedicated to the production of seedless table grapes with a quality standard that meets the most demanding markets globally. Our trajectory is marked by innovation, sustainability and commitment to excellence.
ARA AGRÍCOLA was born in the heart of Vale do São Francisco, Petrolina, PE, Brazil. With the acquisition and development of the Terra do Sol and Frutos do Sol farms, we began our mission to produce high quality table grapes.
In the early years, we focused on expanding cultivation areas and implementing advanced agricultural techniques. The introduction of innovative grape varieties and the adoption of sustainable practices establish us as pioneers in table grape production in Brazil.
The exceptional quality of our grapes allows us to expand our presence in domestic and foreign markets. Around 60% of our production is destined for the domestic market, while 40% is exported to meet the most demanding global markets.
During this period, we reinforced our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The implementation of a solar plant for energy self-sufficiency and the promotion of gender equality, with women occupying 50% of leadership positions, are some of the important milestones.
In recent years, we have achieved an annual production of more than 12,000 tons of grapes, thanks to continuous innovation in our agricultural practices and the constant improvement of the quality of our products. We introduced new grape varieties, such as ARRA Cherry Crush, with intense colors, exceptional flavors and high resistance to climatic conditions.
With an eye towards the future, ARA AGRÍCOLA continues to dedicate itself to excellence, innovation and sustainability. Our goal is to offer the highest quality table grapes year-round to our customers in Brazil and around the world. We thank everyone who has been part of this incredible journey and we hope to build an even sweeter future together.
