This past September, we had the honor of attending the 2024 Leadership Summit, a day filled with collaboration and inspiration at the Samoa Beach Resort. Representatives from ARA Agrícola joined with other companies in the ARA Group to strengthen our core values and share experiences, all centered on our Standard of Excellence.
With an Olympic theme, we discussed the challenges we face in the global table grape market and reaffirmed our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. The day included motivational talks, such as the inspiring “My Everest” by Luciano Pires, which highlighted the importance of preparation in achieving goals, along with valuable insights on Agile Methodologies from Fernando Wanderley, which will help ARA Agrícola continue innovating and leading in the industry.
This event reinforced that we are ARA—a company driven by unity and proactive attitude. We’re ready to keep delivering world-class table grapes, overcoming challenges, and growing alongside our partners in Brazil and abroad.
